These terms govern your use of Hubcove (the "Service"), provided at hubcove.online and my.hubcove.online. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You need an account to use Hubcove. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload to Hubcove. We only access content to operate the Service (sync, backups, support you request) or when required by law. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you store or share through Hubcove.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hubcove to:
- Store or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or violates others' rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the Service's infrastructure.
- Interfere with or degrade the Service for other users (e.g. abuse, scraping, denial-of-service).
- Reverse engineer the Service beyond what's permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
4. Plans and billing
Free plans are free indefinitely, subject to the limits listed on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
5. Availability
We target high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible; unplanned incidents are posted to our status updates as they happen.
6. Termination
You can close your account at any time from settings, with an option to export your data first. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Section 3, non-payment, or extended inactivity, with notice where practical.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Hubcove is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
